      We are looking for an Administrator to play a vital part in our small friendly team based in newly refurbished offices in central Boroughbridge. You would handle a wide variety of administrative and organisational tasks including processing emails and CVs, updating the database, CV formatting, organising interviews, placing adverts, internet research, marketing, extensive liaison with candidates and clients. Excellent career prospects to develop into a Recruitment Consultant – our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the motivation and ambition to progress to this. This is an excellent opportunity for a degree educated or graduate calibre candidate with relevant administrative and organisational skills.

      Required skills and experience:
      Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook
      Internet & database software experience
      Highly professional telephone manner
      Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
      Ability to deal with people at all levels confidently and professionally
      Strong commercial awareness
      Able to work on own initiative

      Knowledge of recruitment processes advantageous but not essential.
