Helpdesk Analyst for a 12 month contract role
My exclusive Client is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst for a 12 month contract role based in the North East/ North Yorkshire boarders for commercially experienced HELDPESK ANALYST / 1ST LINE SUPPORT. I require someone with commercial background working on a Helpdesk/ 1st Lines Analyst. My client works within a Microsoft environment supporting 25,000 internal users through out the globe working on a shift pattern from 6:00 am 6:00 pm. You will have commercial experience working on a helpdesk taking a high volume calls and logging them accurately supporting the following systems and applications Windows XP, Outlook, Exchange Server, MS Office 2003 / 2007 and applications, Networking and Printers, LAN, WAN, AD / Active Directory are a must!! For an added advantage for this role any experience with SAP, Citrix, VPN, HP openview and Wireless networking will be extremely helpful to you. In return for your skills the client is offering 12 month contract roles within a thriving business that is going from strength to strength within there new office with free parking and on site plush new facilities including onsite showers decking for the summer time lunches and meetings.
