About the Job

The Senior Manager, Human Resources is responsible for advising client groups on a variety of HR issues, such as performance, termination, harassment, discrimination, training, recruitment, compensation, and performance management. Additionally, they must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively partner with global colleagues on relevant issues and trends.

•Work with line management, leadership and employees to provide HR generalist support, guidance, and direction, in alignment with Corporate Centers of Excellence initiatives.
•Develop professional relationships with employees at all levels to enable coaching and counselling on HR policies, procedures and compliance.
•Build a positive employee relations climate through activities, initiatives, and communication that reinforce the Compelling Offer.
•Investigate, recommend and assist with resolving employee relations issues.
•Work with legal counsel to ensure corporate compliance and risk management of all issues.
•Provide guidance to line management and leadership to ensure compliance and consistency of applicable laws, policies and practices.
•Work with Recruitment & Talent Services Centre and the Compensation and Benefits Centre to identify and implement strategic recruiting opportunities reward and recognition strategies.

About You

•You should have several years HR related experience (e.g., recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations).
•You will have strong customer service, strategic focus, and partnership building skills.
•Ideally, you will have experience in change management.
•You will have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
•You should have solid analytical ability.
•Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information and situations.
