Telesales Agent
Utilise sales skills to develop new customer relationships
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The primary aim of this role is to generate new business. The role requires a pro-active and professional approach gained from experience in a telesales. You will utilise sales skills to develop new customer relationships and achieve both individual and company targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *Outbound calling with a focus on new business focus to increase customer base. *Executing telemarketing and telesales campaigns with a focus on new customers *Carrying out daily forecasting. *Working to achieve both individual and team targets within budgetary constraints. *Managing new accounts effectively to grow the overall training business *Liaising with technical, marketing and accounts departments where required to support business needs. *Working with product sales divisions to ensure maximum coverage within existing partner base.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a proactive self starter who can prioritise their workload efficiently to achieve targets set by management.
You will also ideally have the following skills, attributes and experience:
-Highly motivated, with a pro-active approach to their workload
-Able to work on their own initiative
-Intelligent and keen to learn new skills
-Target-orientated
-Team player – Good written and verbal communication skills
HOURS OF WORK:
The company’s standard hours of work are 9:00am – 5:30pm with one hour for lunch, however due to the nature of the role some flexibility may be required from time to time.
