Telemarketing Executive
X2 Full time and Part time
Our client, a large highly reputable organisation is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team. Please note this is not a Telesales role.
Duties:
•To provide a professional outbound customer service calls to the companies clients.
•Make lead generation and appointment-making calls on behalf of companies clients.
•Obtain prospect details and other related information.
•Liaise with company’s clients to agree activity, provide feedback and resolve campaign issues.
•Complete calls to agreed levels and within agreed timescales.
•Complete campaign-related administration including utilising and updating telemarketing database.
The right candidate must have good IT skills including Microsoft Word and email. Ideally some experience in a similar role but this is not essential. Salary is £12000 – £15000 basic with a bonus of 20% taking your annual salary up to £18000, excellent benefits attached.
