Customer Service Advisor
Small Harrogate call centre
Our client, a leading company who is based throughout the UK are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their small call centre. The role will involve the following – Making inbound and outbound calls – Responding to customers who have shown an interest within their services – Providing excellent customer service – Arranging appointments – Up selling products – Advising clients in a consultative manner – Being polite and professional at all times
The ideal candidate will be available to start permanent work immediately and flexible with working 5 days out of 7. The hours of work are 8 – 9 and full time and part time candidates will be considered. We need extremely pro active and professional candidates with a high level of Communication and interpersonal skills.
Ideally candidates will be available to start training before Christmas
