British Military Fitness offer a unique professional method of mental and physical fitness, adventure training and team building events.

The aim of every instructor should be to ensure that every member is motivated in a positive way to a level where they have enjoyed their class and been challenged in a safe manner.

We require Physical Training Instructors to provide fitness classes for the general public in parks across the UK. The classes are based on a military format, however the classes are fun and dynamic with an opporunity for you to bring your own personalilty to the session. You will be required to carry out some basic admin before and after the class.

British Military Fitness was formed in 1999 with 3 members in one park. We now have just under 10,000 members in over 70 parks across the UK. You require a valid fitness qualification to work for us and need to have served in the armed forces at one stage of your career – no exceptions. Our classes last for an hour and are always taken outside.
