The purpose of this role is to design business solutions that support optimised, end-to-end business processes. The job holder will lead the definition and design of software solutions, spanning multiple applications and functional departments. There will be a focus on financial, e-commerce and revenue processes.

This role will provide exceptional customer service by delivering functional solutions, the ability to multi-task across multiple concurrent projects is essential. All of your work must be user experience focused to ensure the success of our users.
This job is for experienced business analysts who thrive in a fast paced collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be CIMA, ACCA or ACA full or part-qualified, and have 2-5 years experience of working in predominantly an Accounting and Finance environment.
A strong background in business process analysis, requirements and design, as well as business process modelling and detailed functional design is required, ideally in a software house utilising an agile development methodology.

Experience with enterprise system implementations and related business process implementation is also required. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in end-to-end processes that span quoting, order management, billing, AR and payment processing.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate knowledge of SAAS platforms and agile delivery methods.
