Service Desk Operator

A specialist managed services provider for IT infrastructures

    They design, implement and manage IT systems to enable organisations that rely on IT to grow and flourish.
    Candidates must posses the following skills:

    Computer literate / Strong IT problem solving skills
    Very strong Microsoft Office experience
    Awareness of IT terminology (Test will be taken at recruitment stage)
    ITIL awareness
    Excellent telephone manner
    Accuracy with a keen attention to detail
    Case logging and handling in accordance with strict SLAs
    Customer focussed
    Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently
    Considerable initiative
    Can work flexible hours (if required)

    Candidates must also display excellent interpersonal skills as well as a demonstrable experience of working in a customer service environment or experience of working in an IT helpdesk environment.
    Having a driving licence and transport is also essential.
    In return the client offers 18k basic plus up to 10% KPI/Company bonus.
