Town Manager
Blacks Leisure group
As a Town Manager, you will be fully accountable for the day to day running of the Blacks and Millets stores in Harrogate. Challenges include building and developing highly skilled teams to deliver excellent standards in customer service and all operational areas, maximizing all sales opportunities to drive turnover and growth, controlling P&L and hitting KPI’s.
Drive, determination and enthusiasm are required for this role as well as strong commercial, visual and leadership skills. Candidates must possess previous senior management experience in a customer facing role, have a retail background with high turnovers, be able to demonstrate a proven track record in driving sales and achieving growth as well as the ability to lead large and diverse teams. Multi-site experience is desirable but not essential.
This role also offers great career progression and is considered to be the next step towards Area Management within Blacks Leisure Group. The successful candidate will also be actively involved in assisting the current Area Manager and being a representative for the Area.
