Experienced Customer Service and Sales Operative
Our client, a local company located near the centre of Harrogate are currently looking to recruit experienced Customer Service and Sales Operatives to join their expanding team.
Job Description
The role will involve: – Following up enquiries from potential customers – Taking incoming calls from customers – Responding to queries – Organising appointments on behalf of customers – Inputting information onto the bespoke database – Responding to e mails – up-selling products – Making outbound calls to customers who have expressed an interest in the company product – Making follow up calls to clients to check the satisfaction of the product
And various other ad hoc tasks
There is no cold calling involved within the role as you will only be speaking to clients who have expressed an interest in the companies products. However the ability to sell or up sell would be an advantage.
