Customer Service
Customer Service and Telemarketing Agents
We are looking to recruit Customer Service and Telemarketing Agents on either a permanent or Temp to Perm basis that have previous experience with excellent people skills, personality and a passion for customer service.
You will be required to achieve and exceed all productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets set by the Agency. These could include: sales or appointments made; leads or attendees; generated; data records cleansed.
Main duties include:
Make outbound telephone calls on behalf of the Client to generate appointments, leads or attendees or to cleanse data records.
Take inbound telephone calls on behalf of the Client gather information, up-sell or deal with customer/prospect queries
Take positive action to develop new sales and relationship-building skills in order to increase personal effectiveness and productivity
Identify potential sales opportunities for the Client and present those ideas, as they arise, to the Client Development Team
Speak confidently and accurately and in an appropriate manner to a wide range of decision makers (e.g.: consumers at home, corporate CEOs)
Record and pass on accurate details of prospective customers to the Client Development Team to be sent through to the Client
Keep a cleansed, manageable and up-to-date database
Effectively and efficiently complete work allocated by the Team Leader
Build good relationships with Clients sales representatives and other relevant external contacts
Efficiently and effectively manage your time
Skills & Experience:
Sales/Customer Service experience and ability to achieve targets, including some gained in a telephone-based environment
Ability to remain calm, attentive to detail and professional when working under pressure
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent telephone manner appropriate manner adapted to a range of contacts
PC literate
Articulate, with clear diction and a good command of English
Friendly, polite with energy and enthusiasm
