Christmas is a fast-paced and fun time to work at Debenhams. Join us at our busiest time and you will play a vital role in the store team by providing our customers with fantastic service to help them make their perfect choice when buying a sparkling Christmas gift or outfit.
Based on one of our departments, which range from; Menswear, Womenswear, Accessories, Childrenswear, Home and Cosmetics, our Sales Advisers are the first point of contact for any customer entering the store.
To be a successful Sales Advisor requires personality, enthusiasm and a proactive attitude. You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent merchandising and product availability standards. All of this helps our customers leave the store with exactly what they came in for – and more besides!.
You will have excellent customer service and team working skills, and be flexible with hours to meet the demands placed upon the store. Having an outgoing and approachable personality, paying attention to detail and the desire to develop and learn will mean that you will become an invaluable member of our team.
